If you placed an order on SKECHERS.com and need to update or change the shipping address we suggest cancelling the order and placing a new one with the correct address. You only have 2 hours from the time the order is placed to cancel the order. Visit Orders and Returns, enter in the order number and email address used to place the order and click, "Check Status", here you can Cancel the order. 

Please note, we are unable to change or edit your order once it starts to process. If you send us an email to update or change the shipping address in your order we may not be able to do this before the order starts to process.
