If you would like to return an item for any reason after the 45 day return time frame has passed, you may still send the unworn item back to us for a store credit (eGift Card), please note you will need to cover the shipping cost for a return outside of the 45 day policy.

If you are requesting an exchange, we may not have the requested style in stock at the time your return is received. We will issue a gift card to you via email and you can place a new order on SKECHERS.com or visit any SKECHERS company owned retail location.

*Orders paid with Afterpay are not eligible for an exchange or store credit/eGift Card and must be returned within 45 days.

Please note we will not accept returns of excessively worn or damaged items.
