If your initial payment method has failed and we are unable to process your order you have the ability to retry or add a new credit card in your order.

To change or retry your existing payment method in your SKECHERS.com order please visit ORDERS AND RETURNS. Enter your email address and the order number and select "Check Status." Here you will be able to RETRY your existing payment or enter a new credit card. Please note; if you add a new credit card please hit ENTER on your keyboard to apply the payment, do not select RETRY as it will retry the existing payment.  

If you do not know your order number please check your email as you previously should have received a confirmation email with your order details.
