To initiate a return and print your free return shipping label please go to "Orders and Returns" which is located at the top right hand side of the homepage on SKECHERS.com. Enter your order number and the email address associated with your order and select "Check Status." If your order is still within the 45 day return period you will see "Return Label" next to the image of each item in your order. Select "Return Label" for each item you would like to return. A new page will generate the label, please print out each form to include in your return shipment.

Please note: only one label is needed to return multiple items. You can include all items in one box and use one of the shipping labels. Next drop off the package at any UPS location. Please allow up to 10 business days for the return to be completed once it's received at our facility. You will receive an automatic email once the refund or merchandise credit has been issued.

Please note prepaid return shipping labels cannot be generated for orders placed with an APO/FPO address or any locations outside the 50 U.S. states. We are able to provide a return shipping refund for standard (priority and ground) shipping methods only when a receipt is provided. Please contact customer service for more information.

If you do not see the "Return Label" link it is because the 45 day time period has expired. Please note you can still return your item for a store credit at your own shipping expense or at any SKECHERS company owned retail location.
