To check the status of your SKECHERS.com order please click on "Orders and Returns" at the top right hand side of this page. Enter your order number and email address associated with your order and click "Check Status." Your order detail will appear, on this page you can check the status of your order, print your return label, retry your existing payment, or add a new payment.

*Please note that retrying or adding a new payment can only be done after you have received the notification email regarding a payment failure.

Order Status Meanings:

NEW >Order placed, edits/updates can be made
OPEN > Order about to process, able to cancel
PICK >Processing, no changes can be made
CHRGD >Payment method charged successfully, in shipping process
FAILED >Payment method failed
SHIP >Shipped
CANC >Canceled

HOLD >Awaiting a verbal verification
