If you're not happy with your SKECHERS.com purchase for any reason, you may return unworn/defective item(s) within 45 days of shipment for a refund in one of two ways:

  1. Return at any SKECHERS retail store. For a refund, customers must provide a receipt copy from SKECHERS.com. Find your local SKECHERS store
  2. Return via a FREE printable UPS return label

To initiate the return, click on "Orders and Returns" at the top right hand corner of SKECHERS.com.

Enter your order number and the email address used to place the order.

  • Select "Check Status"

Then

  • Select "Print Page" at the top of the page to return to any SKECHERS company-owned retail store.

Or

  • Select the "Return Label" button next to the Item(s) you would like to return
  • Download, print and complete the return form
  • Separate the pre-paid return label from your completed return form at the perforation, include your form with your unworn item(s) in their original packaging and attach the return label to the outside of the shipping box.
  • If there are any existing labels, stickers, or other materials on the shipping box please remove them.
  • Drop off your return at any UPS-authorized shipping center. Find the UPS service center nearest you.
  • We'll send you a confirmation as soon as your return has been processed (1-3 weeks after the return is shipped).

At this time we only accept returns for purchases on SKECHERS.com. Free return postage applies only to orders within the 45 days of purchase. If the product is returned outside of the 45-day return period or the item is worn, damaged, or not in its original packaging, SKECHERS will be unable to honor a refund for the merchandise.
