If you signed up for a SKECHERS Elite™ account in-store, please follow these simple steps to complete your SKECHERS Elite™ account:

  • Go to Register after you have signed up in-store.
  • You must enter your email address and phone number exactly as you gave it in-store, otherwise your membership will not link correctly.

Failure to enter the information exactly as given in store will generate another Elite account. If you enter the information differently then what was entered in store the accounts will need to be merged by customer service. Please call 1-800-746-3411 for assistance.

  • Visit Sign in at SKECHERS.com.
  • Click on CREATE ACCOUNT to sign up on the following page.
