To update information in your SKECHERS Elite account, login and select Profile. Here, you can update the following information:

  • First and last name
  • Shopping Preferences
  • Birthday
  • Phone Number
  • Password

Any saved credit cards can be deleted under Profile>Payment Information as well.

You can also close and delete your Elite account under Profile>Account Information.

If you no longer wish to receive marketing emails please follow the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email you received to opt-out.
