SKECHERS.com processes most returns within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned merchandise at our warehouse. You will receive an email confirmation once your return is processed.

Please note that shipping charges are not refundable. Your refund will include the cost of the item(s) and tax only, unless otherwise specified with SKECHERS customer service.

If you are not able to print your return label (APO/FPO or US Territories only) we can issue a refund for standard shipping methods only. Please contact customer service for more information.

  • Any amounts purchased using an eGift card or Elite reward will be issued back as a new eGift card.
  • Orders paid with Afterpay will follow the same return policy. Refunds for Afterpay will be refunded by SKECHERS to Afterpay. We cannot provide an exchange or merchandise credit. As soon as the refund is processed it will drop into your Afterpay online account.

Important: Once we initiate the credit for your return, the credit/debit card company that issued the credit determines the date the refund will post to your account. Generally, the funds will appear in your account within 3-5 business days. However, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit transaction to appear on your statement. For exact posting dates, please contact your credit/debit company directly.
