If you would like to change or cancel your SKECHERS shoe purchase please Sign In to your account, click on the order you want to cancel and edit your shoe purchase as soon as possible.


If you checked out as a guest, go to Orders and Returns at the top right of the page, enter the order number and email address associated with that order and you can cancel the item(s). Please note these changes cannot be made more than 2 hours after placing the order.

It is not always possible to change or cancel an order once it has been placed, as orders start processing not long after they are placed. Once the order has been processed, you will need to return the original item to obtain a refund and/or place an order for the new product.  Please see our Return Policy for additional information.
