If you would like to change or cancel your SKECHERS shoe purchase please Sign In to your account, click on the order you want to cancel and edit your shoe purchase as soon as possible.


If you checked out as a guest, go to Orders and Returns at the top right of the page, enter the order number and email address associated with that order and you can cancel the item(s). 

To ensure that packages deliver as quickly as possible, adjustments and cancellations must occur immediately after submitting your order and aren't guaranteed. Please note that changes can't be made if the order is no longer in New status.

Once the order has been processed, you will need to return the original item to obtain a refund and/or place an order for the new product.  Please see our Return Policy for additional information.
