To credit an in-store purchase you will need to sign in to your account. Once you have signed in, there will be a link that says "Apply In-Store Points" on the dashboard under SKECHERS Elite Account Overview. You will need to enter the E-code as shown on the receipt and click "Submit Request".

If you give the store associate your phone number when you make a purchase in store, the points will automatically apply to your account within 24 hours. Please note, if you do not see an E-code on your receipt this means the purchase was made under an Elite account and does not need to be added manually. Please check the top of your receipt where it says, "Sold To: " your phone number should be shown here, this is your Elite member number. If this is the case and you still don't see your points reflecting on your account you might have two different accounts.

*At this time, SKECHERS Elite points can only be retroactively applied to in-store purchases within 30 days of the purchase date.
