Your order detail will appear, on this page you can check the status of your order, print your return label, retry your existing payment, or add a new payment.

We do accept prepaid credit cards, however, we recommend using a credit card with a credit line, a debit card that is linked to a financial institution, or your PayPal account for the most efficient shopping experience. 

If you decide to use your prepaid credit card or gift card please read the conditions of the card before using it on SKECHERS.com. Please note, it is best to register your card with your name and billing address prior to purchasing online. Please make sure the value on the card can cover the entire order total. If there is a pending authorization on your prepaid card and your order is cancelled for any reason, it may take up to 30 days for the authorization to clear. The amount of time is dependent upon the issuing bank. You will need to keep the card throughout the entire process in case an amount is due or a refund needs to be credited. 

Please note, some prepaid cards do not accept refunds, meaning we will be unable to credit the original payment. 

If you have already submitted an order with a prepaid card and you believe the transaction will fail you will receive an automatic email that an action is required to process your order. Once you receive this email you can update the payment in "Orders and Returns." Please see this article for more details.

To ensure that packages deliver as quickly as possible, adjustments and cancellations must occur immediately after submitting your order and aren't guaranteed. Please note that changes can't be made if the order is no longer in New status.

You will be able to check the status of your order, once it has shipped; there is a tracking number provided so you can locate the status of your order. Your tracking number is also included in your shipment confirmation email. All confirmation emails are sent the following morning after an order is completed and picked up by the carrier.

Daily Spending Limits for Debit Cards

Most debit and check cards have daily spending limits that may delay the processing of an order even if there is enough money in the account. Please contact the card issuing bank for information about your daily spending limits if you are having difficulty placing your order.

Account Verification

To prevent delays in processing your order, please ensure that the billing address on your order matches the address that appears on your bank statements. If you are unsure of your billing address, please contact your bank directly.

Locating Your Credit Card Security Code

The Credit Card Security Code is a unique three or four-digit number printed on the front (American Express) or back (Visa/MasterCard/Discover/Diners Club) of your card. Your order cannot be processed without this code.

To change or retry your existing payment method in your SKECHERS.com order please visit ORDERS AND RETURNS. Enter your email address and the order number and select "Check Status." Here you will be able to RETRY your existing payment or enter a new credit card. Please note; if you add a new credit card please hit ENTER on your keyboard to apply the payment, do not select RETRY as it will retry the existing payment.

  1. Return at any SKECHERS retail store (excluding Guam retail locations). For a refund, customers must provide a receipt from SKECHERS.com. Find your local SKECHERS store.
  2. Return via a FREE printable UPS return label

To initiate the return, download the return form from SKECHERS.com:

  • Go to Orders and Returns and enter your order number and the email address used to place the order
  • Select "Check Status"

THEN

  • Print this page and return to any SKECHERS company-owned retail store.

*Please note, orders paid with AfterPay will be issued an exchange or merchandise credit if returned to a store location. No Refunds.

OR

  • Select the "Return" link next to the tracking number for the item(s) you would like to return.
  • Download and print the return label and complete the form. (Label not available for APO/FPO locations or US Territories)
  • Separate the pre-paid return label from your completed return form at the perforation, include your form with your unworn item(s) in their original packaging and attach the return label to the outside of the shipping box.
  • Only one label is needed to return multiple items. You may include all items in one box.
  • If there are any existing shipping labels, stickers, or other materials on the shipping box, please remove them.
  • Drop off your return at any UPS-authorized shipping center. Find the UPS service center nearest to you.

To initiate a return and print your free return shipping label please go to "Orders and Returns" which is located at the footer of the page under the Customer Service category on SKECHERS.com. Enter your order number and the email address associated with your order and select "Check Status." If your order is still within the 45 day return period you will see "Return Label" next to the image of each item in your order. Select "Return Label" for each item you would like to return. A new page will generate the label, please print out each form to include in your return shipment.

Please note: only one label is needed to return multiple items. You can include all items in one box and use one of the shipping labels. Next drop off the package at any UPS location. Please allow up to 10 business days for the return to be completed once it's received at our facility. You will receive an automatic email once the refund or merchandise credit has been issued.

Please note prepaid return shipping labels cannot be generated for orders placed with an APO/FPO address or any locations outside the 50 U.S. states. SKECHERS.com processes most returns within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned merchandise at our warehouse. You will receive an email confirmation once your return is processed.

Please note that shipping charges are not refundable. Your refund will include the cost of the item(s) and tax only, unless otherwise specified with SKECHERS customer service.

If you are not able to print your return label (APO/FPO or US Territories only) we can issue a refund for standard shipping methods only. Please contact customer service for more information.

  • Any amounts purchased using an eGift card or Elite reward will be issued back as a new eGift card.
  • Orders paid with Afterpay will follow the same return policy. Refunds for Afterpay will be refunded by SKECHERS to Afterpay. We cannot provide an exchange or merchandise credit. As soon as the refund is processed it will drop into your Afterpay online account.

Important: Once we initiate the credit for your return, the credit/debit card company that issued the credit determines the date the refund will post to your account. Generally, the funds will appear in your account within 3-5 business days. However, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit transaction to appear on your statement. For exact posting dates, please contact your credit/debit company directly.

Please be advised that you will no longer earn points for purchases made at SKECHERS retail stores or on SKECHERS.com. Any additional benefits of the program will no longer be active including any unused points or reward certificates that you might have earned as a SKECHERS Elite member. Additionally, your email address will be removed from our marketing email list. You may still receive emails within 10 days from this removal as the system clears you from the list.

To credit an in-store purchase you will need to sign in to your SKECHERS.com account. Once you have signed in, there will be a link that says "Apply In-Store Points" on the dashboard under SKECHERS Elite Account Overview. You will need to enter the E-code as shown on the receipt and click "Submit Request".

If you give the store associate your phone number when you make a purchase in store, the points will automatically apply to your account within 24 hours. Please note, if you do not see an E-code on your receipt this means the purchase was made under an Elite account and does not need to be added manually. Please check the top of your receipt where it says, "Sold To: " your phone number should be shown here, this is your Elite member number. If this is the case and you still don't see your points reflecting on your account you might have two different accounts. 


For assistance adding a transaction please email a copy of your in-store receipt to info@skechers.com or submit it via the GET HELP tab at the left of the screen.

*At this time, SKECHERS Elite points can only be retroactively applied to in-store purchases within 30 days of the purchase date.

Your status as a Gold member will begin when you qualify, will continue through the end of the following calendar year and will end on the last day of the following February. SKECHERS ELITE™ TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Enrollment in the SKECHERS Elite™ program is voluntary. By providing your personal information to SKECHERS, you acknowledge that you fully understand and unambiguously consent to the transfer of such personal information to SKECHERS, that you are enrolling in the SKECHERS Elite™ program voluntarily, and that the enrollment is not required to complete a purchase transaction nor made in connection with any purchase transaction.
  • Membership in the SKECHERS Elite™ program is open to all residents of the U.S. who are 13 years of age or older. No purchase is necessary to join the program.
  • A membership card, key tag or SKECHERS Elite™ member number must be presented at the time of purchase to receive special member savings. Awards and promotional vouchers, savings and special sales for members will be announced through future e-mail, direct mail, and/or online communications. Any awards or promotional vouchers that are issued will be done for reward or promotional purposes only, are not gift cards or certificates, and consequently carry no cash value. No cash back will be provided if the voucher's full value is not utilized.
  • Awards and promotional vouchers must be presented in-store at the time of purchase (or the online code must be entered at checkout) and cannot be used in conjunction with any discount offer. Awards and promotional vouchers are not redeemable for cash and void if copied and where prohibited, licensed or regulated.
  • Points can be earned from purchases of ALL merchandise including test and sale items. Purchases of the following items are excluded from earning points: purchases of gift certificates or gift cards, sales tax, state fees, shipping charges, delivery charges or other excluded charges specified by SKECHERS from time to time. Awards and promotional vouchers can be used toward the purchase of all merchandise including test and sale items. Points earned from purchases at SKECHERS store locations and online at SKECHERS.com have zero value outside of the SKECHERS Elite™ program. Redemption of awards or promotional vouchers will reduce the points balance by the total number of points required to earn the award or promotional voucher value. Unused reward points will expire if no purchases are made after 18 months.
  • SKECHERS USA, Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. If you need to replace a card, please log in to your account at SKECHERS.com and visit the My Profile tab found on the My Account page. Alternatively, if you request a replacement card in a SKECHERS store, in order to provide you with a card that is linked to your previously accumulated SKECHERS Elite™ program points, you will need to provide SKECHERS with the e-mail address that is associated with your account. In requesting a replacement card, you acknowledge that you are providing information voluntarily and that doing so is not required to complete a purchase transaction.
  • SKECHERS Elite™ program cards may be used by members at all SKECHERS company-owned store locations in the U.S. and U.S. territories only and online at SKECHERS.com. SKECHERS Elite™ cards are not valid at other stores or online retailers that carry SKECHERS merchandise.
  • By entering your mailing address and/or e-mail address on the enrollment form, you agree to receive marketing (including e-mail and/or direct physical mail) information from us. You may request to be removed from any such mailing lists by contacting our customer service department at 1-800-746-3411 or by writing to us at info@skechers.com. All promotions provide the ability to opt out of receiving future like promotions. Personal information collected will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • All interpretations of SKECHERS Elite™ program terms and conditions shall be at our sole discretion. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these rules shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

  • Abuse of the SKECHERS Elite™ program, including failure to follow program policies and procedures, the sale or barter of reward certificates, product, points or promotional offers, using multiple accounts in an effort to abuse the SKECHERS Elite™ program, suspected fraud, and any misrepresentation of fact relating thereto or other improper conduct as determined by SKECHERS in its sole judgment, may result in cancellation of the member’s account and future disqualification from program participation, forfeiture of all points accrued, cancellation of previously issued but unused reward certificates, and termination of the business relationship with SKECHERS. In connection with the enforcement of any of the terms and conditions governing the SKECHERS Elite™ program, SKECHERS reserves the right to take appropriate legal action, as it deems necessary, and to recover damages, attorneys’ fees and court costs.
  • Resellers are specifically excluded from the program. If you purchase items for resale, we reserve the right not to award points, to deduct improperly awarded points, to invalidate improperly issued reward certificates issued from such accounts, as well as to terminate the membership and decline to permit anyone we believe is associated with the resale activity, or the account, to enroll in any SKECHERS loyalty or other program, if we so desire. We have sole discretion over whether to deem any purchase a “purchase for resale”.
  • In case of suspected fraud, misrepresentation, abuse, or violation of the rules, we reserve the right to take appropriate administrative and/or legal action, including the termination of SKECHERS Elite™ program participation.
  • The SKECHERS Elite™ program is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. Claims in connection with these rules of the SKECHERS Elite™ program can be brought anywhere and will be governed by the laws of the state where the customer resides.

If you have a reward available, you will see a dollar amount. When you are ready to redeem your Reward you would click "Cash in Points". Once you do that, it will activate the reward and give you the option to print the certificate. Please understand that once you do this, you have 60 days to use your Reward. The expiration date is located on the Reward certificate.

To use this online, you would type in the reward certificate number under "Elite Rewards, Gift Cards & Promo Codes" at checkout. The reward certificate number and pin is found on the printable page that manifests after clicking "Redeem Now." 

Please note; Reward certificates are not considered a promotional code, Rewards are not valid on eGift Card purchases.


If the PDF file does not automatically download, you can reprint your reward certificate in the Order history section of your account.

Once you click "Cash In Points" in your account you'll have to confirm that you want to Cash in Points now, then you can click "Print Certificate." A new page will generate the reward certificate with a 16-digit number and 4-digit pin number. This certificate will also be automatically emailed to you. There are two ways to use your reward certificate:

  • Redeem it online at SKECHERS.com:

Enter the 16-digit number at checkout under "Elite Rewards, Gift Cards & Promo Codes." Another text box will appear under that where you will enter the 4-digit pin number. Hit ENTER on your keyboard to apply the reward to the order. 

  • Print it out and take it to a SKECHERS retail store:

Make sure the bar-code is legible when printed. Or you can pull it up on your smart phone to be scanned by the associate at the register.

Please note, Rewards are not valid on Gift Card purchases.

Once your return is received at our facility we will issue a refund to the original form of payment and to a new Gift Card for the amount of the Reward certificate that can be used towards a new order. This means if a product is out of stock in your store, you'll be able to order the item and have it shipped directly to the address of your choosing. You won't need to come back to pick up your purchase. Getting your favorite SKECHERS products couldn't be easier!

Only credit card payment is accepted for in-store web orders.

Due to the increased volume and the impact of COVID-19, we are currently experiencing slower than usual deliveries. 

SKECHERS In-Store Web Orders are usually shipped within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, the shipping timeframe is approximately 4-10 business days. In-store web orders cannot be sent via Express shipping, only standard shipping is offered at this time.



All In-store web orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse Monday-Friday only. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays begin processing on the next business day. Shipping notifications are emailed every morning, on the morning immediately after the order has been shipped.

If you place an order at 2pm PT or later on a Friday it will not start to process until the following Monday. If Monday is a holiday the order will not start processing until Tuesday.

**Please note, orders are shipped within the United States only, we do not ship to international areas.

Performance Shoes: To maintain the quality of your purchase of our shoes, we do not recommend machine washing. We suggest the following steps for any minor cleaning to our shoes:

1. Remove excess dirt from the upper and outsole by using a small brush or towel.

2. Create a soapy mixture by combining warm water and a small amount (a few drops) laundry detergent.

3. Dip the brush or cloth into the soapy mixture. Wipe down the affected area. Apply a small amount of clean, warm water with the brush or cloth and brush/wipe off the excess soap.

4. Allow shoes to air dry.

Nylon/Mesh Shoes: Most non-leather casual shoes can be safely machine washed on the gentle cycle and air-dried, we suggest placing them in a pillowcase or laundry bag before washing in machine. Please wash shoes one at a time to avoid discoloration. Do not place shoes in dryer. Do not machine wash light-up shoes. Apply a protectant such as Skechers Water Proofer Spray to protect the shoes from water and stains. For shoes with Skechers Memory Foam™ insoles, allow shoes and insoles to air dry for 10 to 12 hours to ensure the insoles are fully dry.

Leather Shoes: Apply a protectant such as Skechers Water Proofer Spray to protect the shoes from water and stains before wearing in wet conditions. Use a leather cleaning lotion or spray such as Skechers Athletic Cleanser to clean. Apply a leather lotion or oil periodically to keep the leather supple. Do not machine wash leather shoes.

Suede or Nubuck Shoes: Apply a protectant such as Skechers Water Proofer Spray to protect the shoes from water and stains before wearing in wet conditions. Use a suede/nubuck cleaning product to clean shoes. Brush with a suede brush for best results. Do not machine wash suede or nubuck shoes.

Light-Up Shoes: Machine washing light-up shoes is not advised as it may damage the lights. Clean with mild soap, warm water and a soft cloth.

Keeping Shoes Fresh: Apply a deodorizing spray such as Skechers Odor Eliminator Spray to keep shoes fresh and odor-free.

At SKECHERS we want you to feel confident standing behind our products, and we understand that an important part of that is developing quality products that you would expect from our company.

If you have a quality concern with your recently purchased SKECHERS shoes they may be eligible for replacement. Please note the manufacturers date on the inside of the shoe tag. We do not accept returns for items with a manufacturers date of 2017 or earlier. However, if you can provide a receipt with proof of a recent purchase we are happy to make an exception.

Typically, we suggest working with the original place of purchase towards a replacement or credit. Usually they are able to assist on the spot and send any defective items to our Quality Assurance Department.

If you are unable to work with the original retailer, we would be happy to provide you with an exchange if deemed defective. If you purchased this item from SKECHERS.com and are experiencing this issue within 45 days of purchase you may simply visit Orders and Returns to download your return label. If you purchased over 45 days ago please follow the instructions below.

  • Your return will be replaced with the same style, color, and size if available, however, please include a second option in your return shipment. If a second option is not included in your return we will send the closest comparable style. 
*For your protection, we advise that you ship your package via a traceable method. SKECHERS cannot be responsible for merchandise lost in transit.

Please note:

  • Items that are deemed normal wear and tear will not be eligible for replacement.
  • Items that are deemed as a manufacturer's defect will be replaced accordingly.
  • Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Returns to the SKECHERS warehouse cannot be refunded unless purchased directly from SKECHERS.com.
  • Once received at our facility; it can take 3-5 business days to clear inspection which would be a total processing time of 3 weeks to receive a replacement.
  • Incomplete information provided with your return may delay the processing period.

To get the most out of your new Energy Lights shoes (Styles 90601, 90600, 90630, 90631, 90603, 90604, 90642, 10771, and 10857)  please note these helpful tips:

  • Adult supervision required during charging.
  • Always use the USB split cable supplied with your energy lights.
  • Confirm charging cable and its connection are undammaged prior to using.
  • Only plug charging cord to a USB power source rated at 5v, 1a.

  • Lift flap from behind the tongue of each shoe, insert supplied micro USB end into each charging port.

  • Make sure the USB cord is plugged in all the way to ensure shoes are charging
  • Lights on shoes will flash while charging and will stop flashing once shoes are fully charged.

  • Your energy lights will be fully charged in about 2 hours.

  • Unplug immediately once shoes are fully charged, do not overcharge or leave unattended.

  • Do not leave them plugged in and charging over night.
  • There is an On/Off button located on the tongue of the shoe, hold down the button to immediately stop the lights.
  • These shoes are okay to wear in light rain, but please do not submerge in water or wash in washing machine.
  • Use a Magic Eraser to clean the midsole.

**Please Note; Styles 90630 and 90631 only have 2 colors of lights and they do not recharge.

**Other Light Up shoes may have an On/Off switch in another location. For example, the On/Off switch on the S Lights-Glimmer Lights style #10833 is located at the end of the velcro strap.

PRIZES:

  • Professional or employment-related information (if, for example, you choose to apply for employment at SKECHERS or if you purchase SKECHERS products through a program with your employer);
  • Inferences drawn from any of the information identified above to create a profile about a consumer reflecting, for example, the consumer’s preferences, characteristics, or predispositions (for example, products you have viewed or added to your cart on our web site).

Your Rights and Choices 

The CCPA provides California residents with specific rights regarding their Personal Information. This section describes your CCPA rights and explains how to exercise those rights.

Access to Specific Information and Data Portability Rights

You have the right to request that Skechers disclose certain information to you about our collection and use of your Personal Information over the past 12 months:

  • The categories of Personal Information we collected about you.
  • The categories of sources for the Personal Information we collected about you.
  • Our business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling that Personal Information.
  • The categories of third parties with whom we share that Personal Information.
  • The specific pieces of Personal Information we collected about you (also called a data portability request).
  • If we sold your Personal Information, the categories of Personal Information that each category of recipient purchased; and
  • If we disclosed your Personal Information for a business purpose, the categories of Personal Information that each category of recipient obtained.

To make such a request, you may either call (800) 746-3411 or submit a request by emailing us at privacy@skechers.com.  Please note that your request is subject to verification, and that we are not obligated to provide personal information in response to such a request if a consumer makes more than two requests in a 12-month period.

Deletion Request Rights 

You have the right to request that Skechers delete any of your Personal Information, and that we direct any service providers to do the same.   To make such a request, you may either call (800) 746-3411 or submit a request by emailing us at privacy@skechers.com.  Please note that your request is subject to verification.

A request to delete your data is different than a request to unsubscribe from emails you may receive from Skechers; unsubscribing from emails will not result in Skechers deleting your Personal Information.  Likewise, deleting your online account is not the same as a request to delete your Personal Information and will not result in a deletion of all your data from Skechers systems.  If you want Skechers to delete your Personal Information, please submit a deletion request using the instructions provided above.  

Skechers will attempt to respond to your request to delete within 45 days of receiving your request, although we may require an additional 45 days.  In order to be able to process returns, Skechers may retain payment token data for up to 120 days.  For record-keeping purposes, Skechers will retain records of your request to delete, or any other request under the CCPA, and Skechers’ response for a period of at least 24 months.

We also reserve the right to deny your request if your personal information is required to:

  1. Complete the transaction for which the Personal Information was collected;
  2. Provide a Product requested by you;
  3. Continue the ongoing business relationship with you within the reasonably anticipated context of that relationship;
  4. Perform a contract between you and SKECHERS;
  5. Detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, or prosecute those responsible for that activity;
  6. Debug to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality;
  7. Exercise free speech, ensure the right of another California resident to exercise his or her right of free speech, or exercise another right provided for by law;
  8. Comply with the California Electronic Communications Privacy Act;
  9. Engage in public or peer-reviewed scientific, historical, or statistical research in the public interest that adheres to all other applicable ethics and privacy laws;
  10. To enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with the expectations of you based on your relationship with us;
  11. Comply with legal obligations;
  12. Otherwise to be used internally in a lawful manner that is compatible with the context in which you provided the Personal Information; or
  13. Provide employment and related benefits.

Right to opt out

If you are a California resident, you have the right to opt out of having your personal information sold to third parties. If you are a California resident under the age of 16 but at least 13, you have the right to only have your information sold if you opt in and affirmatively authorize the sale of your personal information; if a California-resident child is less than 13, then the child’s parent or guardian must opt in and affirmatively authorize the sale of personal information.  Our current practice is to not sell your Personal Information for monetary or other valuable consideration and we have not done so in the preceding 12 months.  As described above in this notice, we may share your personal information with third parties, such as when we pay a service provider to assist us with processing your Personal Information and receive that service in return.

Right of non-discrimination

You have a right to exercise your rights under the CCPA without being subject to discrimination, including, but not limited to, by:

  • Denying you goods or services;
  • Charging you different prices or rates for goods or services;
  • Providing you a different level or quality of goods or services; or
  • Suggesting you will receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level of quality of goods or services.

This right does not prohibit a business from charging a consumer a different price or rate, or from providing a different level or quality of goods or services, if that difference is reasonably related to the value provided to the business by the consumer’s data.  In certain instances, we may need your information to provide you with a particular service.  For example, if you decide to join SKECHERS Elite or another Skechers loyalty program, you will need to provide us with certain information about yourself.  To provide you with the benefits of the loyalty program, we may need to have that information on file.  If you request that we delete that information, we will honor that request, but we may not be able to provide you with the benefits of the loyalty program account.
